Another eligibility question

Would an older Honda V4 be considered comparable to the air/oil cooled GSXRs? I have an older VFR700 (1987) that I'm looking to run the odd race with and the only thing that looks halfway decent is the Classic Unlimited class. Running B SB EX or B SS EX would be zero fun and I'd probably be a danger to the other riders in that class. But I figured since it makes less hp and weighs more than the majority of the air/oil cooled GSXRs that I would pop the quesiton. For reference, these bikes ran 12.0@110mph stock (SV650 territory) and weigh 510# wet, stock.

That bike fits in Classic Unlimited.
Also I think Formula CMRA HVY would be OK.
