Will 1 liter in-line fours be allowed for novices next season? I wanted to know before I invest in some upgrades on my R1.

Yes, they will be allowed. We are not changing the rules on that.

Excellent! I wasn't trying to perpetuate the rumor, its just that back in '03 it was sort of left hanging as a temporary reprieve. I did miss some months of mboard posts (it was too painful, not being able to participate in the fun) and if I missed anything regarding a final resolution of the issue, please accept my apologies.
