Doh, I put 88-92 years but it needs to be 90-92. Cuz the 88-89 is too skinny AND I have one of those.

Sorry - '86/'87 stuff won't work on the '88 and later models. The first versions had 18" wheels, the second versions had 17" wheels.

Thanks ED, that blue rim has straight spokes and I thing it is from a 93 water pumper. I don't think it will work but I may be wrong.

Thanks for the links though.

I run '93 and '91 rims on my '91 GSXR. To run the '93's you have to put spacers between the rear brake caliper and the mounting bracket as the '93 rotor is offset about 1/4" from "91. The pads still run straight, in fact, my '93 wheel runs with less friction than the '91. The fronts are interchangeable.

Hey Keith... dunno if this will help you much, I see this place all over e-bay for motorcycle parts and they sell a ton-o-stuff... and they say if they don't have it, then can find it.

Take it for what it\'s worth... (http://www.sac-cycle.com)

Tell you what. Since I am converting my GSXR over to street so I can sell it and work on a newer race bike, I'll sell you my spare '90-'92 rear. Blue spokes with polished rim. Since you're a fellow racer you can have it for $50 plus shipping. Email me at wecunn@uta.edu and let me know if you want it.
I have a few other spare parts if you're interested. Any price that gets me one step closer to racing again is fine.

Since I live in Arlington and I see your name on the banquet reservation list, I can make a trip to Ft. Worth, or you can stop by Arlington, and that will save shipping. I'll go through the garage and do an inventory for you of what I have. Hang on to your money until then.

My cell is 817-707-7166. I have to work most of Saturday and won't be at the awards banquet. Sunday is O.K. just let me know approx. when so I don't take off and do something else. I have a heavy work week this week but will let you know what other parts I have as soon as I can.
