Riding since '65, I spent a year thrashing a 250 Aermacchi around a little oval track and through the woods, then moved on to the street when I got my license. Taught alpine skiing for 20+ years. Moved to CO in the early '90's. I spend lots of time on Independence Pass and the surrounding twisties.
