Yeah, odd that Ben Hunter isn't automatically on that list. Another one that comes to mind is Bobby Crandell. Both dudes winning or podiuming many of their races. Probably Brandon Clark, too

no auto promotion any more. Must be requested. I think they may move folks auto if they think its warranted but not until the request period is over.
