    Overbores

Are overbores allowed?? I'm specifically interested in the F5 65cc and F4 85cc classes. The rule book doesn't mention it.

The rule of thumb is if the rule book dosent say you CAN ,then you CAN NOT. In Formula classes the only absolutes are displacement.
