Mini number plate color

Section 5.3 of the 2005 CMRA rule book states "EXPERT riders must use white number plates with black numbers.
NOVICE and PROVISIONAL NOVICE riders must use yellow number plates with black numbers."

Section 6.2, Formula 4,5,6, and 7 Rules state "(No Expert/Novice differentiation)".

Based on this information, there are no experts or novices in the mini classes and therefore number plate color is either yellow or white based on the bike owners preference?

NO, you must use the color # plate that you (the rider) are. BUT, as far as points go, there is no difference. In other words no separate nov/exp classes.
You still have to use YOUR color plate.
