The 04 CMRA Banquet will be held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Ft.Worth on Nov 20th. We met yesterday with the staff. This is a 1st class Hotel. It will be a sit down dinner. Nancy posted it on the announcement page. We will have tickets available at Hallett July 17th for $40 each this includes self parking which CMRA is paying for, Valet parking is avialable for $9. There will be 3 bars set up and they promised they would not run out of Booze. The rooms are $89 & $99. Make your reservations after July 16th at 817-870-2100 and tell them you are with the CMRA. The Banquet room is about twice the size of last years and the AC works.REMEMBER in order to win the $18,000 SUM-OF-ALL-PARTS Yamaha R6 you must be present at the banquet to win. There will be a BOD meeting from noon till 1:30 and an open member meeting with the BOD from 1:30 till 3:00. Reception,cocktails and silent auction bidding from 5:00 till 6:15 dinner at 6:30.
