1st-5 means in order for 1st place to get contingency there needs to be atleast 5 entries in the class.

2nd-8 means in order for 1st and 2nd places to get contingency there needs to be atleast 8 entries in the class.

3rd-5th-10 means in order for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places to get contingency there needs to be atleast 10 entries in the class.
