Set all your bikes up GP shift - both track & street

Street bike & putting lots of commuter miles on it will get you used to GP shift fast

We could try a F40/50/60 Class. And start them in 3 separate waves so the older you are you get a handicap.
F60 guys in the first wave, F50 second, and F40 third.
One race to he finish line!

Bill if you want I can design you a rear stand that doubles as a walker....

The sound of F40 makes me feel younger..... now the result might not though.

I've always liked the idea of the F50 and F60 classes. Just combine them with F40. Depending on the number of entries in F50 and F60, you may not have an actual "championship" at the end of the season, but that's not the point to most. At 49, F50 is starting to sound good. In the meantime, since I've taken a most of the year off to heal up, I still don't mind racing kids 1/4 of my age and giving lessons when I can...but boy, do those kids learn fast!

I'm 49 and did F40 this year. Its a fun class, but the grids were a little light for some of the races in the late summer. Because of time constraints, I don't think you'd be able to add any more races, so you'd have to do as Linz suggested and just combine the classes for everyone > 40.

...which is pretty much what happens now, isn't it ?
