    Matthew,

I'll be there both Saturday and Sunday. I'll be pitted in Garage #1 near the other LSTD instructors. Green Ninja 250, #17. I'm happy to answer questions and do a lead/follow on the track to help you get comfortable.

Thank You to everyone for helping me on my first track day! All the instructors and CMRA guys were a great help at TWS. Every one made me and my family feel very welcome. The LSTD instructors helped me a lot. I still have a long ways to go, but with the input i was receiving from everyone was very helpful and wanted. Going to my first track day was very over whelming. I felt immediately at ease after meeting the instructors and other guys and gals at the track. What a truly great and friendly group! My family and i are looking forward to MSRH. Thanks again to everyone and look forward to seeing you soon.

A noob question for everyone. What is the smallest CC bike you can take your CMRA licensing test with? I am looking for a track bike and needing info. Don't want to invest in a bike that i cant get my license with. Still have a loooong ways to go due to the fact i cant get past "Target Fixing" through the corner, but wanted something to learn and race on.

    Thank You,
    Matthew

Pretty sure just about anything will work.

    There's lightweight 125's.

E Superstock consists of CC's up to 250 (EX, WR, CBR). What do you have?

There's a class for just about everything.

Ride smart does not allow light weight bikes in L3. So was not sure what the required CC was.

That's due to the performance differences and closing speeds. LSTD is the same. They won't allow the 300's in the advanced group.

Either way... that has nothing to do with racing within your class with "like" bikes. You'll be fine. Like I said... there's a racing class for just about everything.
