A great quote from Josh Brookes: Josh Brookes ‏@JoshBrookes Oct 25
I think we need to focus on the real crime here. Why was VR a gentlemen for so long. He should have grassed him a lot earlier

    Fair enough, didn't realize that.

How can anyone justify what Rossi did here...?!
He turned and looked at Marquez, THREE TIMES in that turn, clearly slowed (visually, and of course what the onboard camera hears), ran his line straight out of the corner all the way out to the edge of the track, watching and waiting for Marquez to tip in, then pushes his knee into the hand/bar of Marquez...
Not even one-third through the race, to let his emotions take over like that, with all his tenure and accomplishments in the sport, is simly ridiculous.
Shameful behavior on Rossi's part, and he has been handed down from the league, what he deserved.

Agreed, it looks more like MM deliberately turns into VR. I think MM touched with VR and went down on purpose to ensure VR would be penalized. If MM hadn't gone down I do not think there would have been a penalty, or maybe it wouldn't have resulted in the start from the back.

Was MM bike not well enough to finish the race?
I found it strange that he just rode into the pits, it seemed well enough that one would try and finish.

The right rearset was broken off of the bike.

Man, it really is a shame this whole ordeal ruined what was going to be an amazing last race of the season.

IMO he had no reason to not come straight into the pits. DNF'ing is better than finishing 4th when he wants to complain how his race was ruined, and if he picked the bike up then set some scorching laps he couldn't then say oh I didn't have the pace to stay with the leaders that's why I was battling rossi in the first place.
