    • DO NOT COMBINE ENDURANCE AND SPRINT CONTINGENCY ON THE SAME CLAIM FORM!
    • All CMRA Tech/Contingency forms and other contingency claim forms are available in Tech and must be turned in at Tech when the machine comes to Tech; do NOT send contingency forms to the office; do NOT turn-in contingency forms at Registration.
    • All bikes must come to Tech with proper numbers installed and in the proper location; for this event (counter-clockwise), off-center front numbers must be on the RIGHT side of the front fairing. Any machines with numbers/number plates that are not in compliance with CMRA rules will not be issued a tech sticker and will not be allowed on the track until the numbers/number plates are brought into compliance with CMRA rules. CMRA officials will make the final determination on number/number plate compliance.

    PROCEDURES FOR THIS EVENT
    • Monitor TBA FM for PA announcements.
    • Monitor 151.745 MHz on your scanner for Race Control information; it is recommended that all participants monitor this channel at all times during the event.

    • DO NOT LEAVE EMPTY FUEL CANS AND USED TIRES IN THE PADDOCK! TAKE THEM WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE! Any rider who leaves used tires in the paddock will be fined $20 per tire.

    IMPORTANT SPONSOR LISTING POLICY
    • To get your Contingency and Class Sponsor MONEY or AWARD you MUST list sponsors by submitting the SPONSOR FORM to the REGISTRATION DESK at the track (or to the office FAX 1-888-334-0166 prior to the pre-entry deadline). Do NOT submit the SPONSOR FORM to Tech. Many contingency providers are downloading results info directly from our website after the race this season. If you have not submitted the SPONSOR FORM as instructed listing that company you will NOT get your money and WE CANNOT FIX THAT AFTER THE RACE under the new system used by contingency providers. Download the SPONSOR FORM here http://www.cmraracing.com/pdf/2016/F...ONSOR_LIST.pdf
    • The CMRA must verify Class Sponsor listings before Class Sponsor Awards are delivered at the track.
    • If you are competing in a class that has a Class Sponsor and you do not have that Class Sponsor listed in your results, you will not receive the award provided for that class finish.
    • SPONSOR LIST FORM must be submitted new each year. Lists of Sponsors are not carried over from the previous year. The SPONSOR LIST FORM only needs to be turned in once per year; after a Sponsor is listed you do not need to add them each race – only submit a new SPONSOR LIST FORM if you need to add or delete a sponsor.
    • Sponsor recognition on your results is one of the benefits Sponsors expect and deserve in return for their support of your racing effort. You owe Sponsors at least the small effort to recognize that support.
    • Current sponsored classes include: Formula 1 Expert, Formula 1 Expert (600cc), Formula 2 Expert, A Superstock Expert, C Superstock Expert, A Superbike Expert, D Superbike Expert, Formula 1 Novice, Formula 2 Novice, A Superstock Novice, B Superstock Novice, C Superstock Novice, A Superbike Novice, B Superbike Novice, C Superbike Novice, D Superbike Novice, Formula 40 HW Novice, Formula 1 Ladies, Ladies ULW GP, ULW GP Novice, Formula 3, Motard, Formula 5, Grom Challenge, Formula 8, Junior Motard, Solo 30 HW Expert & Novice, Solo 30 MW Expert & Novice, Team 60 HW, MW & LW, 500 Superstock Endurance, ULW GP Endurance, 500 Classic Endurance, and E Superstock Endurance. • Class Sponsor Payout Information is here and is updated as new Class Sponsors come on board: http://www.cmraracing.com/attachment...8&d=1458932540

    TROPHIES AND AWARDS
    • New for 2016: Sponsored Classes will have trophies available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers at all events. For classes with no Class Sponsor, trophies are not awarded unless requested by the Racer or Endurance Team Owner. Team 60 and Solo 30 are considered sprints, so if you have requested sprint trophies, you will automatically receive one for those classes as well. Request must be made using the Trophy Order Form available in Registration or online here: http://www.cmraracing.com/attachment...8&d=1455039511 or in Registration at the track.
    • The Trophy Order Form must be received with 5 days of the event. Trophies will then be available for pickup at the next event.
