    Ninja 250 shifter

Doing the crf50 shifter mod. Bought a Chinese one to test. It seems to work. Need to find a high quality one. Suggestions?

Hey...when you do that mod, can you still do a quick shifter and if so, who sells it and how does it work?

I don't see how it would work because there is no longer a shift rod involved.

It can be done. You'd just have to use a linear travel sensor instead of a transducer/pressure sensor and fab up the appropriate bracket to hold the fixed end of the sensor.

Dynojet sells both kinds of quick shift sensors (in both push and pull flavors) for their Power Commander line: http://www.powercommander.com/powerc...k_shifter.aspx
