Text from the ad for those that can't click on it. THe shop is probably N TX Superbikes, but he needs to double check the paperwork he has:

2005 R6 Trackbike. Runs great fresh stock motor. 105 HP on motor, runs on VP race gas. Ohlins up front Penske in back, PC3 power commander with quick shift. Includes extra slicks with 1 track-day on them. Also includes extra rebuilt spare motor. Have title, but never transferred to my name.

1) no payments or trades
2)Title not signed by me or dated by previous owner
3)Tuned for Race Gas
4)Previous owner had motor rebuilt by a local N. Texas shop.

This bike is track only. It is not a street legal bike.
