Fork height in triple tree
Looking for advice on making steering easier on a 2014 Tri Daytona 675r with stock front end. The steering is really heavy trying to turn in which is really noticable atvMSRH bus stop, and to a certain extent the carousel. There is 10mm of fork above the triple tree and it is stable in the straights, if I lower the triple tree to 15mm will the bike turn in easier?

A lot of variables.
Assuming your sag and dampening are close you are generally correct. 5mm is a lot to drop at once.
Disclaimer: I am not Jimmy Cambora and I did not sleep in a Holiday Inn express last night.....and bike set up is a Black art.

The suspension was just tuned recently so sag and all feels good, just having to muscle it through the corners - sometimes not so well. Thanks for the caution on how much to adjust at one time, I'll start with small increments.

the bike will change directions better if its raised up. if you raise the forks up too much, you're gonna lose trail mid-corner and tuck the front. it wont exit worth a damn either.
there is absolutely and positively no substitute for an extremely competent suspension specialist.
go directly to Jimmy Cambora and give him your business. then thank the racing gods we have such great folks in texas.
