My first race (Prov Nov) is June 18 at TWS I'm going to run race 5 C-Super stock & race 21 formula 40 MW. I am considering running race 3 but unsure if there is enough time between races 3 and 5? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Enough time for what exactly? A sprint race takes about 12 or 13 mins give or take.....
James - I run races like that every race weekend. There is enough time to get back to the pits, put tire warmers on, get helmet and gloves off, get something to drink, and check tire pressures before going out for the next race. It's not exactly a leisurely pace, but also not like having to run around like a chicken with its head cut off.

You have just enough time to put your bikes bike on warmers, check tire pressure and drink some water.

Very doable. Like others have said long enough to keep tires warm and get some water. Many of us do one race split races and some back to back. Go for it

Thanks all, this was the feedback I was looking for, particularly the " Not running around like a chicken with its head cut off" as that was my concern.
I run 3&5, there's plenty of time to put in grab some water and get ready for race 5.
When it's 107 outside in August, you may want a weeee bit more time between sprints!

Pretty sure you'll have a pit buddy next to you.
Seems like CMRA peeps help out others all the time.
I know i do all the time.
Help them get the bike stand on or off if I'm not getting out.
