    Woodcraft side covers.

Inquiring if anyone has used the Woodcraft stator cover? I ground a hole in my left side cover and trying to decide if I should go back with the original cover than fit with a plastic cover, or spend the bucks for the Woodcraft with Ss slider. Would appreciate any experience.

I had both sides of woodcraft case savers on my GSXR.
They were great. They had been in some crashes before I got them. I crashed them more than a few times and never had to replace them or the replaceable slider they had on them. I like their design as you don't have to buy a whole cover again, just a aluminum slider. Which is thick enough it should last awhile unless you crash a couple times every weekend.

Pretty sure it is a freak accident, they usually last forever.

My mistake, I ground the hole in the original Triumph stator cover. After reading these posts I will be installing the Woodcraft covers. Thanks
