Now paying out 2nd and 3rd place in the classes for which they already pay Novice.

ALSO, they ADDED 1st thru 3rd OVERALL in both the UltraLightWeight and Championship Endurance series.

No, I seriously doubt it. I fought to get the classes we have now.
