    FS: 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 500R

2015 Lightweight Classic championship-winning 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 500R with Faltless Racing. This bike has gotten on the overall endurance podium many times in the past.

New AirTech bodywork and Ninja 250 tail section with paint by Totally Graphic Designs. The engine is stock, with a D&D/M4 exhaust system, and makes over 52 horsepower on the RaceworX dyno on pump gas. It has a set of second-gen SV650 forks with AK20 cartridges recently rebuilt by Jim Cambora, with dual disc brakes on the SV wheel. It has a Works Performance rear shock with remote reservoir and ride height adjustment. The Honda rear wheel is wider than stock to accommodate 150-wide rear tires.

The fuel tank has a proper dry-break and vent installed for endurance, but is easy to use for sprint racing as well. The bike has key-delete, and the wiring harness is stock to wire in a rain light. It has Woodcraft rear sets and clip-ons, and a lightweight lithium battery, and comes with low-mileage Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tires mounted.

The bike is fast and handles really well. Comes with a steering damper, gearing, and a brand new set of front brake pads. Eligible for 500 Classic and 500 Superbike, both Sprints and Endurance, and virtually everything on Sunday.

    Clean blue Texas title.

$3,500, or bundle with the 2002 Ninja 500R I posted a few days ago for a discounted price. You’ll have a back-up bike plus spare parts if you need them.

Thanks! Yeah, the two bikes together will make a great endurance package as well as sprint bikes for someone or a team. Ninja 500s put out more horsepower than anything else in the ULWGP classes.
