    Which Saturday classes/races DO NOT count towards the overall Novice points?

    The classes for overall awards are the same for Novice and Expert - you can find them in the rule book section 6.4, under the heading "Club Championship and Top Ten Expert Awards". Anything that doesn't appear in that list doesn't count.
