    From the stipulation of dismissal

[parties] hereby agree and stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all claims raised in this litigation. The parties also hereby agree and stipulate that no appeal shall ensue as to any claim raised in this litigation which has previously been dismissed. The parties also hereby agree and stipulate that they shall each be responsible for their own respective costs and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of this action.
dismissal with prejudice means it's over for good and the same case can't be brought back to court
