    honda cbr600rr tires problem

The honda cbr600rr tires which I bought on ebay cannot be balanced, it’s out of round.Tried riding and had wobble.
It was mounted in shop and they also put it on a rim they had sitting in the shop and same issue to confirm it.
    Is it defective ?
They have brand new high quality tires for my 08 Honda CBR600RR and want about $800 for two tires.
Is it worth it to pay that much or buy another set of front rear tires like Hexautoparts which has good reviews on trustpilot.com?
    Any recommendations ?
    Thank you.

$800 for two tires is outrageous and no - it would not be worth that much to buy them if you are talking about tires. If you are talking about wheels that price from a shop/dealer/whatever could be considered closer to reasonable - but - again I wouldn't buy them there. We have tire vendors that support the association that can hook you up with a good set of tires for a good price.

Are you talking street or race tires? If street tires, you can get a great set for ~$300. IF race tires, agree with Neil that you should get in touch with one of the tire vendors, who can possibly also get you street tires depending on which ones you want.

I feel like you have to be talking about rims/wheels, not tires. 800 for two tires isn't a realistic price no matter street or race.

The original post looks like spam; somebody trying to create traffic to a couple websites. Just sayin.

Yeh, good point. With a brand new created account, the only post posted, etc. Can we just delete this thread?

IMO, No one should be able to create an acct and post something without approval of the moderator, and the very first post, should be nothing but a formal introduction, as of where you from, how long have you been riding, how did you heard about the club and forum, etc, etc...
