Please fill out the Ticket Order form below and send it in no later than December 18. We need to have 175 tickets sold by the cut off date or we will be forced to cancel.

    Last Day????

admin@cmraracing.com. Tables can be reserved for 8 people, but 6 out of the 8 have to have bought tickets to reserve the table.

"A list of local hotels will be added shortly!" never did see them in the other post so here's a link....

Please see the bold items above.

Thank you for the hotel list.

Are we really prepared to buy into this handout mentality?

If we have then the CMRA is DOOMED!

THE DEADLINE TO BUY TICKETS IS MIDNIGHT TONIGHT!!!

As someone who already got my order in i full heartedly agree with your stance. People have had plenty of time..The banquet has been around the same time every year. It's gonna be a shame if it falls short. That being said i appreciate the offer made by the silent givers but sometimes you gotta take a stand. I blame this squarely on the people that didn't buy tickets and i hope i don't hear anyone complaining about it not happening if they themselves don't already have there name on the list.

I already bought tickets too - I even bought an extra one I don't even know if it will be used. I agree this is on us, racers and club members and nobody can blame CMRA, Walter or the BOD. it's not about lack of reminders, or publicity, and I don't want to hear anybody who did not buy tickets complaining about this later either (I don't think they would anyway, I don't think they care).

I still want it to happen though, and I agree 100% the offers to sponsor it are no reason for us not to reach or exceed the minimum number of tickets to be sold by tonight - That said, this should really be cancelled only if we can't truly make it, meaning we don't have the funds (through tickets + sponsorship), and not to make any point about anything.

I just want this to happen so much!!

I had something else scheduled that day but I'll send in mine after I get home to add 2 more and try to reschedule my other event. Need to represent this year so there's a banquet next year when I need to go watch my son get a ton of awards!
