Trying to close one. I cant sprint on sundays this season so it would not benefit me , but I WAS asked about it when the rulebook was first posted. AAAAND I did suggest since the date rolled up that maybe it was time to completely delete the riding down option.

From Wikipedia, it’s a “799 cc (48.8 cu in) liquid cooled eight-valve DOHC engine,” exceeding even the standard allowance for air-cooled twins.

I didn’t ask during the season because I wasn’t racing those classes and wanted more folks racing (wanted Ty racing!)
Josh, It was legal for F2. Walter asked me at round 1 to ride it in DSK and LWT.

Up to 800cc 4-stroke twins, liquid cooled, non-desmodromic valves, 4 valve per cylinder
Private lessons available at MSR and ECR
One on One or groups up to 5 students

Thanks for the correction. I think I just got on a roll listing “SV650 classes.”

Sounds like me. I did the opposite at the beginning of last season. I thought since it was legal for F2 that the cc limit was the same in the other classes.

I'm hoping to race the Duke 890 next year in B & C classes.

Bring that big one for F1. Come on old man! There are some kids who say you can’t ride anymore.... (I’ll just be over here stirring the pot...).

I'm just a nobody, but there are multiple people (including myself) for whom that NOLA showdown between Ty and Braeden was the most entertaining race in recent memory. I'd like to encourage more of those, please.
