Good post by Derek and others (I can't respond there) with the short staffing this past weekend and potentional future events this year it is a good reminder to all that we need to be responsible for our own safety when things go haywire for us. Ted, the eyes in the sky, can call out on the radio to get us help but he can't stop a high speed projectile from hitting us if someone target fixates.

With that I want to thank each and everyone who worked this weekend staff and corners. The heat was brutal and you guys hung in there.

One critical remark that I am hesitant to post however. Some of ya'll need to watch what and how you talk on the radio. Have fun and make silly comments from time to time sure but the amount of disrespect shown to the race director on an open channel that 98% monitor was apauling. If the RD gives a direction just do it or explain why you can't but the backtalk geez....

Oh, and let's try to wake up on time for practice day at Hallett if we can
