We are glad that you have decided to join us at this event. While we have taken reasonable precautions to minimize the spread of COVID-19, it is impossible for us to eliminate all risks. Please help us protect you, your families, teammates, and crew members by observing the following recommendations.

1. If you are sick or if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to this event, STAY HOME! Self-Screen! If you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, if you are experiencing shortness of breath or if you have a cough STAY HOME!

2. Observe social distancing in the paddock. Please maintain 6 foot spacing while waiting in line for registration and technical inspection. Leave extra room between pit areas in the paddock. Do not gather in large groups after hours.

3. Observe social distancing on hot and cold pit during the endurance race. Please leave at least 6 feet between each teams pit area.

4. Face masks covering the nose and mouth will be required in areas where social distancing is not possible. This will include Riders Briefings and Trophy Presentations, we strongly encourage mask use at all times during the event.

5. Wash hands regularly and use hand sanitizer as needed. Hand sanitizer will be available in the registration and technical inspection areas. Everyone is also encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.

6. Riders Briefings will be in person at this event. Please practice social distancing. Face coverings will be required.

7. There will be no Saturday night party at this event.

8. Registration will be in the normal location in the clubhouse. Face coverings will be required while in Registration. No more than 6 people will be allowed in the registration area at one time. Please practice social distancing while waiting in line for Registration.

We ask that everyone continue to make good common-sense decisions regarding their own health and safety while attending CMRA events. We are in constant contact with MSR Houston management. In turn, MSR Houston has been working hand-in-hand with the local municipalities on health and safety standards concerning COVID-19. Everyone’s compliance both ensures our safety and the ability to continue to hold successful racing events!
