180-230 is the rough conversion. I believe that's when warm. Cold values would be slightly lower at 180ish minimum. A leakdown test will tell you much more about your engine.

no, it was not sitting much time. actually i rode it recently but the loss of power is really noticeable. i know Harbor freight, i could get one and see what i do next. appreciate Walter.
