CMRA "Awareness" - Looking for a few Volunteers

Bill Syfan and I have taken the lead on developing a grass-roots campaign to drive awareness about the CMRA. The goal is to provide motivated members with tools to drive this initiative in their local areas.

We are looking for five (5)member volunteers to attend a 45 minute round-table meeting on Friday evening (07:00-07:45pm) @ the MSRH event. This first meeting will be purely a brainstorming session to discuss what the program might look like.

QUESTIONS:
1. Why are only five people invited? Bill will not be able to attend the Houston event and Ted Phillips is playing his "stunt double". We want to be able to keep good notes on the ideas exchanged so we can act upon and meet at the TWS event. Too many folks and we just can't keep up!

2. What is the criteria for volunteering? ENTHUSIASM

The meeting went good. Was very pleased to see the interest from everyone and some good ideas were talked about. I believe the club will be diffently moving forward this season and growing into an even greater club than it is now. Thanks
