Well, I search everywhere I thought I had it...cannot, for the life of me, find it. Sorry! If I do, it is yours, no cost.

Just searched eBay...search the part number only. Seems to be many of them. One guy has ten at OBO in his price (Auction place)...you may get a great deal!
