I went to Cresson today to try the new riser setup, but it rained most of the day, so I rode my other bike which was more forgiving. I did take it up and down the pits and already noticed more space between my knees and elbows. This should be a step in the right direction for sure.

I never hear him whining about it or making excuses.

If this doesn't work, I'll need fresh excuses, so PM me your best excuses. I certainly can't blame the bike. Maybe I need one of those Ducati MotoGP fairings...actually, there i no way my knees wouldn't hit them.

In moto3 yesterday I heard the announcer say something about McPhee having to scoot further back in the seat to bring his knees in. But that was 3 deep elbow to elbow racing around a corner. Still, he mentioned sitting further back to bring everything into the bike.

The wee McPhee isn't so wee after all then. He needs to not fall off tho, but he was going pretty well yesterday.

I'm just waiting on Scorpion making a proper replica helmet that is SNELL approved. The one they released in Scotland just has those nonsense quick fit straps.

The solution to this is riding a KTM.

I still have my R6 but I reinjured my right wrist in a flat track race a few weeks ago which was my biggest discomfort in all of this.
