If you can edit other users' posts, please make it more obvious when you do

Not currently a big deal to me, but think it's worth consideration.

For clarity, sometimes folks with special powers will modify a user's post with their own response rather than hitting Reply or Reply with Quote. At the bottom of the now-modified post in small italics, it will say, for example, "Last edited by Alex Howard; 07-17-2019 at 05:09 PM." I propose the modification is more explicit, such as putting your response in the quote tags (e.g. [quote=Alex Howard]), the PHP tags, or the Code tags.
