Well I've just been doing this for barely over a year. I started in round 4 last year and I didn't feel I was ready to move up being I only raced a motorcycle 6 days of my life. So you can leave that sob story for someone else. I've worked very hard to be where I'm at. While you guys were sittin' on the couch every weekend over the winter, I was ridin' my bike.
Anyways, I'm going to the hill on Saturday. Anybody wanna join? I'm sure we could teach each other a few things.

Great disclaimer Marv, it shows you work with city officials frequently. Derrick I'd love to but not this weekend. Was thinking of father's day w/e but may have an offshore trip now. I'll bring fresh Wahoo to the Hill. Hear that MFAT? What sob story are you refering to? Although Marv might be considered tragic, he has climbed out of the sobbing ranks. As for me I quit sobbing and might have slipped to sniviling with my collar bone. I feel at least forty but have to wait two more years to run second to my hero Esterwad. And the Skidmarker boys are usually just crying because they got beat by AFR in endurance. [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif[/img]
How many rounds is this thing scheduled for anyway? It's round 8 and we have 18 days 12hrs 42min 06 sec until first call. (Don't even check my math!! get a life.)
So I went to the drag strip tonight, turns out they have bracket tropy racing every Wed. night. I did five runs in trials and got a low et of 11.157. So I "dialed in " for a 11.15. First run I go up against a Busa dialed in for like a low 9. I won the race but broke out with a 11.006. Was kinda fun but got boring quick. Some serious HP bikes out there though. Some were interested in RR and I thought about throwin' down some smack right there in the paddock. But all of them looked pretty intense in an Esterly sort of way, so I settled for a comment on swingarm length and turn in stability.
But the bracket or handicap system gave me a great idea to level the field against all you fellas on the 1K's. [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif[/img] I'll reserve my two foulshot posts for later use, might need fouls to give later. oooohhhhhhhhhh
