Yeah yeah...I don't have the weight advantage anymore...put on 10 lbs of muscle in the past 2 months......oh well I guess I'l just have to step it up a notch then huh? Esp since I'll be in the expert ranks next year....

I dropped to 197 and have come back up to 205, but in lean mass. I went from a tight 36in waist (needing a 38) to a 32in... Kinda cool fitting in jeans I wore when I was 21...
January I'm going to do a compound cardio thing again and try to lean down some more...
As for the Prima Donna known as Nolden, I'd sport Pink for you any day...

ehhhh...helmet still fits fine.....must be elastic huh? LMAO Not sure how well my leathers will fit now though, and yeah i leaned out big time in the process... dropped back down to a 29 waist :p eventual goal is 205 though.....that'll take a while though with my metabolism.
