Of the 472 eligible voters, only 134 were submitted (28%) to the voting “YES”(96.9%)?
Seems like a very low participation for a quick voting process.

We can only hope that folk's failure to exercise considered participation in these 'apparently unimportant to me' matters won't bite the club somewhere down the road.
PS - Thanks to those who care enough to participate.
The vote to amend the Certificate of Formation passed, so fortunately the club can move forward with a modern certificate filed with the Texas Secretary of State.
Thank you to those who took the minute to vote and thank you so much to the current Board of Directors and our attorney for making sure the club remains current with the times.
It's good to know that there are still folks who want the CMRA to be around for future racers...
