Problems With License Applications!!

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Yes. And I was able to add my sig to a freshly downloaded form of my own. Just seems like either we did it wrong (likely), or the file locked down after the first signature.

If the original signer has checked the lock document after signing box then that is the problem.
