Dustyn Caudle on stock suspension and stock tires showed up at Cresson never even having seen the track before and raced his Grom for the first time and was only 6 seconds off of Ryan's best... Dustyn is 200+, but, he is a freakin' rider...
my advice would be to quit worrying about weight discrepancies and start riding the bike as hard as you can... that applies for minis and big bikes alike... no excuses...
Bud Johnson won the #1 CMRA overall on a Grom in 2006 with stock suspension and Cheng Shin tires. 3 Times.

as I recall, bud didn't even have tires... took it on the rims alone...
Wasn't farting for extra top speed also legal back then? I heard it was banned after someone reached 102.3mph at tws while using farts.
Still super per excited to battle it out with dean and proler in the back. For me racing is about fun not winning.

That was me. Looked good (except for the poor performance of the racer). Slight vibration, but you can't tell when you're in motion.
ya, trying to figure out where to mount the cameras on it... might play around with that this weekend... I love the videos that actually show the speedometer!
