what it is, is an adaptive test. It asked you a word and if you get the word right it asks you another of about the same difficulty if you get that right it moves up one level if you get it wrong it moves down one level. The nursing test is like this.
ps my best now is 46 but still avg about 43. There are enough engneering or medical words to keep me afloat.

That was interesting. I could have played all day, being a bit of a word geek (though not as good as I hoped.) I peaked at 43 and sit at 42. Too much time wasted on German lit, it would seem.
I gave up when I didn't even understand the explanation of one I got wrong: usurious = extortionate.
