SV650 Engine Tuning issues

We found the problem. Even though we went thru our carbs and thought they were good, they weren't!
We swapped them out from another SV and now it runs fine.
I'm not sure what was wrong with ours, if some ports are plugged or if the TPS is bad or something, I'm not sure.
I'll post the exact problem when we find it, so that maybe it will help someone in the future.
