It's good to hear that he is improving each and everyday. I was out of the country last week, but every time I was able to grab some wifi I was checking up on everyone. God has you all in the palm of his hands and He will see you through this.

Update on Pops. He has been improving every single day and has been more alert these last 3 days with the nurses commands. They have given him more specific commands and he has been able to respond to them. He still hasnt woken up but we and including the doctors say that he will wake up when he is ready. They are very happy and positive with his progress and we are too.
Today they are going to do a tracheotomy, then tomorrow he will have surgery to repair his left shoulder blade and collar bone. The pelvis and hip have actually been improving and they want to wait to repair that until after the shoulder. His left elbow is not fractured but it does have some ligament damage but with pyshical therapy it should heel up. Today, the nurse told us that in the morning he opened his eyes a little more than he has and he looked more focused today which was very very good news to us this morning. Again, he has been very responsive in answering us with his hands and fingers. He is getting better every single day and pretty soon, i feel, he is going to be fully awake and will be able to see us.
I will update everyone after his surgery tomorrow. Again, my family and I really want to thank every one for all the love and support. The CMRA paddock is truly one of the very best and classiest group of people and we all should be lucky to each other on our side. Its been truly amazing and I want to thank everyone for all the love and support.
