Thanks John, just making sure I have a complete understanding on the limitations. And lastly, if your creating a class that's supposed to be entry level or low cost, why make DOT's a requirement, when we know slicks last longer?

The light will need to be mounted to pass tech.

Anyone have any good links on what to buy? I'm assuming the thing to get here is a LED bicycle light mounted with zip ties and shoelaces.

Yeah... the bike ones look to be the easy-peasy way to get legal.

So wait....e superstock and superbike are now expert/novice differentiated??? And I got out of that class this year and bought another bike to try and win a novice championship!!!! Great.
