Well, heck, might as well head to this on my slow ride home from Barber.
I've reserved at the Best Western 3 miles from NOLA, non-smoke 2 queen beds, wave and refrigerator, Thursday night through Sunday night.

For the CMRA peeps going to NOLA - here's how to sign up: you MUST fax your entry in if you do not have a WERA license already. If you want to run the GNF in addition to NOLA, you will need a full WERA license. You can run at NOLA on your CMRA license to qualify, but you will need
to purchase a WERA license to come to GNF.
pre-entries... must be into the WERA office by this Friday, June 22 for pre-entry. You can post enter at the track, but it will take longer & cost a little more $$. Wera also has the friday practice too, so be sure to mark that on your pre entry form if you want to do it.

use a sportsman series form for saturday,
use a national challenge form for sunday
use a first time membership form & mark it CMRA for membership if you don't want to buy a full WERA license.

Thanks for helping everyone out Shandra, but I have a few corrections to make after having spoken to WERA's version of Nancy (but not nearly as hot!) this morning:
- Fax pre-entries were due 10 business days before the race weekend so you can no longer fax in your pre-entry.
- If you're already a licensed WERA member, you can sign up using the online pre-registration form... Deadline is Sunday at midnight for Saturday races, Monday at midnight for Sunday races.
(the online system seems to be down at the moment).
- If you're not already a WERA member, I'd suggest calling to see if you should fax/mail in your membership or just do it at the track: (770) 720-5010. You will probably have to register for the races at the track...
Anybody leaving from Austin-San Antonio that can haul my 600 ? If I go I will have to fly in thursday night. Not 100% sure I will even be able to go.
