You don't seem so concerned about it now. So why fire the CTI?

You can use just cause but it better be for an agregous act and even then it should be explained not just to the employee but to the members. A member nonprofit still must answer to it's members. I've yet to recieve a formal explanation from the CRMA to their position. It's also to late. Prior to termination the official position must be prepared. The termination conducted and the official position published to the members within 24hrs. This just keeps things orderly and mitigates fall out. My short time in CMRA has given a perception of screw roberts rule of order, buisness best practices and lessons learned for a version of South Park "Whatever I'll do what I want!".. We need to tighten our shot group and get back to basics.
If I am selected to be Chief Tech inspector, we will be doing a 42 pt checklist and we will put those paper tab stickies on each safety or silicone'd part. Then we will double check the stickies against the checklist to insure that every single item was covered. Set aside about 15 minutes for tech inspection. Thank you for your future patience. Bring your belly pans, we will be pouring in the tech req'ed ammt to see if it will hold the said required ammt of liquid. Better safe than sorry! Add a few more mins to your wait. Thanks again for holding!
You should always follow what's right. Always counsel in writting so you protect yourself and the organization. Just because you can do it doesn't mean it's the best thing to do. Anyone can bring legal action and doing things in the right order may not eliminate a legal action but can mitigate it. I'm not a lawyer, just culminating my buisness and organizational experiences both good and bad over the last 25+ years.
If we overlook one section of the rulebook then the rest of it starts to look like a joke as well.

Now I'm interested. What credentials do you have? I have personally performed hundreds of aircraft preflight inspections with even more mishap free flight hours. I think I know a little bit about safety inspections....

I'm with Ben. After you've passed inspection (don't forget your leathers and back protector), we'll seal your bikes in quarantine, not to be touched until your race is called.
Thanks for the advice, see you at Cresson in less than 2 weeks. I'll need your counsel and expertise on how I terminate my lawn people. Should I give the guy weed eating a proper counseling, with a 3 week action plan to re-visit his issues? The guy that mows only speaks Spanish, I guess that I need to hire a translator for his action plan! I'm lost over here!
