NOLA WERA race at the end of this month

hey mark - thanks for posting that- i had tossed my post up after speaking to evelyne at willow this weekend, however, if anybody did try to fax anything in this week, you will be able to register at the track and your pre-entry pricing will be honored.

btw- power is limited,apparently there are only 15-110 volt outlets available. i'll put the rrw link up here when the event pre-release has posted up..

Daisy is out. Too much going on and too much of an expense to do it as a (for us at least) last minute thing.

We may not make it either. The WERA rule about the tail section may keep Andy's "bobber" in the pits. He is trying to clarify that with them since another part of their rulebook talks about "unlimited bodywork" or something like that.

Thanks to the Altmeyers I will be joining the novices at Nola. I can't wait!!

The track is fast and has a long front straight so I want to think it will be close to the gearing at miller. So for an R6 it would be somewhere around 16/45.

I have been getting calls and yes I will be there with my partner Walt Schaefer to service the event.

Not good for at least 2 that I know of. I heard Jay is doing well/ did well in practice.

Nick Doolan and Eric Williams are headed home already.
