WTB: 17 inch rims for '95 XR100 Motard Project
My son and I are planning to just run the drum brake at this time, but maybe there is a package deal out there for CRF 80 forks/laced wheels with the disk setup? This bike is stock so maybe I can get really lucky and find both a stiffer rear and fork springs.

buy these and lace your hubs... I can't remember if the xr 100 has a 32 spoke or 36 spoke rim... count and double check of course...

Thanks for the lead, but won't a 4.25" rear be a little large for a stock XR 100 swingarm? I don't know. Where is Roger Albert when you need him?

Re: WTB: 17 inch rims for '95 XR100 Motard Project
It would... you need a 3.5" on the rear
The wheel would work on the rear (still can't rememer spoke count) and the price is right...
I have a complete CR 85 front end... 17 x 2.75" excel wheel )brushed aluminum finish, brakes and trees with a renthal fatty handle bar... It would go on the xr100 very nicely... It's a great set up to go inverted front end and disc brakes at the same time... It has a bridgestone slick on it right now...
I'd do the whole enchilada for 850
I was thinking about building another 150 motard but will consider selling it. Work has been slow and that means somethings may have to go...

The ebay link I posted for the 17inch wheel won't work... That wheel is a 32 count spoke and the 100 you have is a 36 spoke count wheel...

Re: WTB: 17 inch rims for '95 XR100 Motard Project
A 1986 CR80 front end is the exact same steering stem as the later model XR100's. I did this conversion on a 2003 XR100 to get a disc brake setup.
I have a 1985 CR80 front end with triple/forks etc for sale but you would have to change the stem.
Rear stock XR100 hub laced to a 3.50X17 and front 1986 CR80 hub laced to a 2.25X17 I believe is the way we went.
