They were slow to respond to me initially, but keep trying. Once you have your membership, access is extremely easy.

There always slow to respond but like Kent said, once you get your membership its super easy to use and pretty much anytime you want to go as long as they dont have an event. Best time to go is at the begining of the week, normally have the track to yourself

How are weekends? I am going to try for a couple weekday afternoons a month but am really interest in like one weekend day a month? Are the kart guys cool about sharing time?

They'll share but it's pretty crowded. You'll spend 10 minutes on track and 40-50 minutes waiting on your next session.
