    FS: 2013 Honda CRF450R Road Race/Motard

For sale is a 2013 Honda CRF450R set up for road race and/or supermoto track use. This is the first year with fuel injection, and it runs very strong. The wheels are black Takasago Excel rims laced to red Talon hubs, with a 16.5” (420mm) x 3.50” wide front and a 17” x 5.00” wide rear. A good set of Metzeler Racetec slicks are currently mounted, and this package comes with a brand new set of Metzeler slicks that have been stored in conditioned space.

The front brake is a Beringer 4 piston radial caliper, Braketech iron rotor and a Brembo RCS 14 master cylinder. The front suspension has billet triple clamps with the Honda air forks and the rear shock that have all been resprung and revalved by P501 Suspension. It has ProTaper Contour handlebars.

The engine is stock, with the top end and the valves last checked/adjusted at 90 hours and the STM slipper clutch serviced at 130 hours. The bike currently has 138 hours on it, and the oil has been changed every three hours. The bike has a Twin Air filter, a digital water temp gauge and the hour meter.

This well maintained bike comes with a brand new set of CapIt brand tire warmers, the race/service stand, a brand new replacement radiator with hoses, alternate gearing, spare brake pads, stock clutch, a WP air pump for the forks, and the Honda OEM service/competition manual.

Clean, clear Illinois title ready to transfer into your name.

    $5,900

What do you think it would take to make this street legal?

Check Baja Designs, they probably have a light kit available. If I had the duckets I would buy this thing in a second!

I know and anything that Bill puts together is going to be rock solid. Such a fun hooligan bike but with limited track availability where I'm at I'd want to street it.

Yeah, Baja Designs, Trail Tech and Trick Dual Sport make enduro-style lighting kits, some with tail lights, blinkers and a horn for street use. On this bike, you'd want to lace up a 17" front wheel for a set of street tires. Getting it registered is a different set of requirements in every state. Yeah, this would be a full-on hooligan bike!

By the way, price for this package is lowered to $5,200.
