23 ninja 400 builder. I purchased it to build into race bike, but went a different way. Bike has 1179 miles. It has a CLEAN Arkansas title, it was signed over to me, so I will have to register it to have an open title but not a problem. Bike was layed down, it has broken right lower body panel, a couple marks in right mid panel, water pump housing leaks and seeps oil from site glass so both of those covers will need replaced. There is no other damage to Bike. If doesn't sell I will replace pieces and sell as street bike.
3200 obo can bring to Hallett if anyone is interested.
