Quickshifter & Traction Control rules question

I want to race my Ninja 636 this year but not clear on two rules:

1. My 2013 636 has factory traction control. Can I race with it turned off? I'm reading the rules to say I can't have traction control.

2. Can I race with a quick shifter? "Supersport" rules seem to indicate no quick shifters but I only see "superstock" class races listed on the schedule for this last race weekend.

I believe the only supersport class we have this year is C Supersport endurance. In previous years, we had more supersport classes (especially in ultra-lightweight), but that's been phased out. Quick shifters are allowed in superstock.

IIRC, quick shifters are allowed in the SS classes as long as it is not a mechanically operated quick shifter. So, a device that sits in between your shift linkage, detects pressure, and sends a kill signal to the engine is OK but a hydraullically operated machine that actually lifts and pushes the lever itself is not.

KTM RC390 is the only other machine I'm aware of that is required to be limited to Supersport.
