license school question/answer

Its been brought to my attention that some CMRA License school hopefuls have been given some incorrect info on bike prep and therefore not attending CMRA school...
I have been told some are not coming due to "not having a full race prep bike".. This is NOT required for the school only.
To ride in the school a street bike with basic trackday prep is acceptable... Drain the antifreeze and put water in, tape up the lights, mirrors ets....basic trackday prep.
With that you will be able to do the full school including track time and mock race at the end of the day.
Of course if you plan to race after the school you will have to have a full race prepped bike,.

Lol, I’ve gathered that. I was suggesting that whoever is in charge of the CMRA FB page (sounds like Autumn or Walter) post what you commented. I don’t believe everyone visits this forum as regularly as FB so thought it might be helpful for more people to see it.
